Residents enjoy the last seasonal Cookout!

It was a cool September day, but residents and staff shared burgers, hotdogs and brats grilled on the charcoal barbeque to acknowledge the end of the summer months.

Alois Alzheimer's Center's Writing Circle

The Alois Center is again grateful to Annette Januzzi Wick and Leigh Edison for facilitating the writing circle, where resident's have a venue to express thoughts in an engaging and open atmosphere. Recently residents wrote about teddy bears, recalling stories of a favorite stuffed animal that they or their children adored. Sharing tales of where those bears are now, or how the bears were lost, was both poignant and comical!
